Research, for me, is not just about publication. It is about asking timely questions, applying rigorous methods and generating insights that inform real institutional decisions. My work examines how universities and leaders adapt responsibly to technological change, especially in the age of artificial intelligence.
Using quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods designs, I study how digital systems shape leadership, organizational performance, academic culture and policy reform. The aim is to bridge theory and practice, ensuring that research informs strategy, governance and leadership development.
Key Research Areas (2026–2031)

• Cross-Border and Asia-Pacific Studies
Conducting comparative research on digital maturity, policy differences and leadership responses across Malaysia, China and the region.
Research Approach
My research is grounded in strong theoretical frameworks, including digital leadership, governance models and socio-technical systems. Each project is designed with clear alignment between theory, methodology and impact. The focus extends beyond academic contribution toward institutional relevance, grant competitiveness and sustainable collaboration.
